Teancum D. Light (“T”) is the founder and President of Lighthouse Wealth Management. He started Lighthouse Wealth Management with a deep desire to provide top-tier financial planning and wealth management services to clients under a fiduciary standard. He has a passion for financial planning and takes pride in providing clients with comprehensive solutions as they navigate the many financial decisions that are certain to affect their lives now and in the future.
He received his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and an RIA. In addition to providing financial planning services, Teancum served as an adjunct faculty member at the Graham School of Business at York College.
Prior to forming Lighthouse Wealth Management, he was the Vice President at a Mechanicsburg-based firm, helping to manage over $300 million in assets as well as providing estate and tax planning services.
He joined the National Law Review as a publishing author with his article, “Health Savings Account: A Hidden Gem in Employee Benefits”.
Teancum enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and three sons, visiting his parents in Alaska, playing basketball, reading, hiking, and spending quality time in the outdoors. He is conversant in Spanish.
